Bio: Jana Avram

Jana graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science degree and became certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association in 1993. From 1993-1999 she was active in both on-field athletic training at the high school level and in the rehabilitation setting in sports medicine clinics before giving birth to her twin sons. From 2001-2008 she worked at the UVM Sports Therapy department where she designed rehabilitation programs for varsity athletes, the general student population, faculty and staff while working closely with the clinicians at the student health center and area orthopedic specialists. Jana joined the BR team in 2008, and her specialty is training clients who are recovering from an orthopedic injury or surgery and safely returning them back to full activity.
